We have 10 fully air-conditioned highly flexible conference and banquet rooms for up to 120 participants, offering ideal conditions for creative work, training courses and presentations. All rooms are absolutely up-to-date in terms of telecommunications, big windows/doors let in lots of daylight and fresh air, and provide an impressive view of the medieval town.
Flagship of our hotel is the autonomous "Konferenz-Center"in the “Weilerflügel”with its own car park, expansive roof terrace and cafeteria. The conference venue has a working area of over 185 m² divided into four rooms, these can easily be adapted to diverse requirements using mobile partitions.
The newly designed room „Hohenlohe-Franken“ ” situated on the ground floor of the main building impresses with its conservatory and direct access to the terrace. One floor above, there is the completely refurbished room „Weilertor“ for up to 120 people. It can be subdivided into smaller rooms, and has direct access to the "jenseits Kochers" bar.
All conference rooms are state-of-the-art as far as communication technology is concerned, and have high-speed WLAN/LAN with sufficient analogue connections.
A projection screen, a flipchart with paper and pens and two pin boards are standard in all conference rooms.
Furthermore, extensive technical equipment can be rented if required:
Beamer, telephone with loudspeaker, fax machine, photocopier (colour), TV, video camera, a speaker’s lectern, microphone system, sound system, flip charts, overhead projector, further pin boards, presenter’s case.
Catering, supplying energy and motivation, plays a decisive role, not only for top athletes in training, but also for the participants of conferences and seminars.
Whether you require a (second) breakfast, or a midday brunch, a snack or a closing dinner, you want something light, healthy and wholesome – and it must absolutely “Taste Good”!
